Brief History: Mike was born in Portland, Oregon on March 1st, 1995 to Derek and Alison Rodgers. Growing up life was pretty simple for Mike. He seemed to never live with stress. That is until his 10th birthday. On that day Mike returned home to find his house torn to shreds and an unsual symbol burned into the ground outside the house. After the horrible events he was sent to his grandfather's house in upstate Oregon. A short while after he'd turned eleven his grandfather died from pnuemonia, but before he died his grandfather told Mike what he was and what happened to his parents. He told him he needed to protect himself. After that Mike was put into foster care and bounced around a few different places. Always practicing magic when he could. Finally he got the hang of doing magic on his own and just in time it seemed. When he moved to his fourth foster home in a year he had his first encounter with a witch hunter. Needless to say when push came to shove, Mike did what he had to do to survive. After the incident he did some research he foundout he has an aunt who lives in Chance Harbor. Not wanting to keep being shipped from place to place Mike decided to move in with his aunt.
Physical Appearance: Mike's a tall kid standing at 6'1". He has brown hair that's always tossled in a neat looking messy look. He's also very slim, with fair skin and brown eyes.
Personality: Mike's a very gentlemanly type guy with a temper. He's polite, well spoken, and often finds himself putting other people's problems before his. However he knows he does it just so he doesn't have to focus on his own.
Other: Mike enjoy's reading and listening to music. He doesn't mind school becasue he feels it's a distraction from his everyday problems.
