Grand-children/Children/Spouse: Her son was killed by a demon nearly ten years ago. She has a Granddaughter who is living with California with her mum. She is the great aunt of Cassie, being Jane's sister.

Brief History: Angela was raised in Chance Harbour along with Jane. Together, they discovered there power, and through there teens, they got stronger and more powerful, Angela got frightened and left in her late teens. She moved to California, there, she completed her education and continued to study. She went onto fall in love and marry him. Her spouse was a normal human, James Wood and they had a son, Edward who inherited her gifts. She trained her son, but lost him to a demon. The death of her son destroyed the relationship between her and her partner. Angela moved back to Chance Harbour, back too her sisters.

Physical Appearance:

Personality: Angela is very similar to her sister in personality, although has a tendency to be a little more sarcastic. Her wisdom gained from losing her son, has given her a very wholesome view of magic. Although she appreciates the good, she also understands and accepts the bad, the dangerous and the deadly side of magic, and she can often seem distant, staring off into the distance.

Pets:
World, meet Blacky, Angela's companion for the last seven years. At the time of her divorce, it was a source of amusement for Angela to get a black "witches" cat but since then, Blacky has become a constant (if somewhat lazy) companion.

Other: Angela has come back to Chance Harbour after hearing whispers. Henry C dead? Jane with memory troubles? Angelas back to see what is going on and to help the circle, as much as she can.

Coven/Bloodline: Unknown (Her Grandfather was a witch, but neither her parents or Emma was told, so I guess it would be the Burling)

Powers mastered: None - She does not know she is a Witch but has a habit of setting things on fire when cross.

Years Active: Just under a year

Brief History: It a sad day when a Blood line gets forgotten, but that's what happened to the Burlings. Little Emma Marie, born in Sussex England was raised like any normal girl. Yeah, occasionally odd things would happen. Sometimes when she was a baby, she would scream and lights would explode. That kind of thing.

Growing up was normal. Life, Love. Being a teenager. But at the age of sixteen, it all went rather wrong. In her Gym glass, she missed the ball in netball. One of the other girls called her a name... A rather rude one. Of course words where said. Emma lost her temper. And the next thing she knew, the girls shoes where on fire. No one knew what the hec happened, but the girl "swore" that she saw Emma do it... how is anyone's guess. Emma was expelled, and her parents moved her out to America... and as the fates would have it... Chance Harbour.

Physical Appearance:

Personality: Emma is very shy and quiet, and rather frightened. She doesn't know why stuff blows up or catches fire when she is around it and angry. Her powers are very much linked to her emotions... So a new school, a new town... a new country! Eek!

Other: Emma does not know that she is a Witch. She just thinks that she is weird...

Brief History: The FBI is always trying to categorise what happened to a soul to make them as evil as Matthew James Cortez, but its hard. A loving, but slightly dense mother, and an abusive father. Perhaps it was a childhood accident where he suffered brain damage. How doesn't really matter, all that really matters is that he was very young when he was first caught torturing animals, and it was probably at this time when he first killed.

After the death of his father and mother, he got worse. The detail is not necessary, but this continued until his early twenties when he made a human kill.. and stumbled onto Witchcraft, and he was hooked. A so called moral cause for killing. He studied, and learnt the finer art of killing witches... and has become dangerously good at it. And worst part? He enjoys it. And now the council have sent him to a new

Personality: On the surface? Charming, handsome, funny, sweet. Below? Psychopathic, manipulative, cunning and dangerous.

Other: Has been sent to Chance Harbour to 'investigate and eliminate' the witches. A task that he is very much looking forward too.

Brief History: It was a very cold March when Scarlet was born. Born and left to die on the streets of New York. Perhaps it was this start that turned her into what she grew to be. She was found though, and taken to a local orphanage. The man hunt to try and find her true parents was extensive, but futile.

So she grew up in the orphanage, and then foster homes. Moving from place to place, until she was fostered to Marie and Marcus Lower, a very successful witch hunting duo. Scarlet became the daughter that they could not have. And they trained her. They trained her to be a perfect witch hunter, fast and deadly. They taught her to use her 'assets' to her advantage, to sleep with a witch and then wake him just to cut his throat. It was a game, but she saw soon moulded into a ruthless cunning woman. Dangerous, and rather fond of killing and torture.

So one day, her father took her 'hunting'. And old blood line had been spotted, the Wellwood's. She entered the house with her Foster Father and watched with glee as Marcus pressed a knife to the throat of Jeff Wellwood. She watched as Jeff told his son to run. She witnessed the battle after, and the death of her foster father. As Marcus lay dieing from Multiple wounds, Scarlet had lost site of Jeff. She didn't know weather he was dead or alive. But she knew one thing - she wanted the family to suffer as much as she did. And she knew how to do it...

So rummaging around the house, she came across a name and a photo of her target.

Cody Wellwood.

So searching for years, she just stumbled into Chance Harbour.

Physical Appearance:

Personality: Its not easy being a witch hunter, but Scarlet is a vicious little creature, with a fondness for killing. Violent, cold and deadly, she likes to have fun with her prey, seduce them with her beauty before killing them.

Pets: None

Other: She drives, but picks up new cars regularly to keep a low profile. She is also versed in various forms of combat. Not an expert, but enough to be better then most.
